Our Capabilities
Our team of lithography experts will build a highly precise master up to 200 mm in size. Nano–scale features will be tailored based on our process knowledge to correct critical dimensions on the final product.
Master Fabrication
Produced by nanoimprint lithography or replication from a master; or made using electron beam lithography and other patterning techniques. We iterate to improve turnaround time.
Prototyping
After prototyping, we will transfer your product to our manufacturing group, which mass produces your parts.
Process Optimization
Our facilities have a high degree of flexibility allowing for efficient ramp-up and changing demand.
